MTC

The MOEDINGEN MTC series is a hydraulic bolt tensioner range of fourteen models, from the MTC0 up to the MTC12, with 44 bolt sizes listed in the selection table. For every bolt size the table gives the maximum load, the dimensions A to F, the weight and the stroke, so a tensioner can be chosen for the bolt that has to be tightened. A spring-automatic return and an over-travel protection are part of the series.

The MDW square drive hydraulic torque wrench range spans 112 to 72,000 N·m in 11 standard models, with bolt capacity from M14 to M125. A single tool family covers light flange work through heavy structural bolting, so your crew standardizes on one platform with common pumps, hoses and high-strength sockets instead of mixing tools from different suppliers.
